Bought it for cracked heels in March, took about two and a half weeks of daily use, and by April I'd stopped thinking about my feet altogether. I put it on right out of the shower, which seems to help it sink in. My only note is that I wish the label was sturdier — mine smudged. No complaints about the cream itself.
